Additional Professional Accomplishments:
CARSTAR: Created value stream mapping of production processes, developed tools for their franchise base, authored and edited components of the "CARSTAR EDGE" service delivery program, co-authored Service & Mission Statements, co-authored Development Department marketing collateral, co-hosted a "CARSTAR Awareness Event", initiated a marketing program involving local PTO/PTA groups, developed the "CARSTAR Service Training Path" in conjunction with I-CAR (precursor of the I-CAR Professional Development Program), introduced new business partners to my region, trained new cross-department hires, authored the “Advanced Estimate Writing” training program, created the ROI study on estimating efficiency and lost opportunity, qualified and closed prospect franchisees, and introduced lasting industry relationships to corporate.
ADP: Developed tools and collateral for both the Sales and Marketing departments, initiated the drive for NATEF certified client training, co-developed (with Todd Hoffman) internet based client-facing safety training consisting of ERG information for alternately fueled vehicles, developed the concept of adding a single point of access to repair information via the "I-CAR" button on Shoplink and PenPro, at senior management’s request conducted a multi-departmental presentation to 120+ persons on the topics of industry trends, client product utilization, product effectiveness, competitive analysis, and identified product enhancement opportunities and obsolescence. This presentation was the basis for the 2006+ product development road-map.
